Doctor Who's Budget at Disney is £10 Million Per Episode

Doctor Who's budget soars tenfold as a result of the Disney+ deal, making it the BBC's most expensive show.

The BBC's new deal with Disney+ to distribute Doctor Who outside of the UK and Ireland will see the budget per episode rise to £10 million (approx $11.6 million) from a relatively lean £1-3 million (approx $1.2-3.5 million).

To put this in perspective, Andor has a budget of around $15-25 million per episode (approx £13-22 million), which is roughly in line with its sister shows, Obi-Wan Kenobi and The Mandalorian.
