Amanda Tapping (Stargate, Sanctuary) and Teryl Rothery (Stargate, Virgin River) headlined our amazing discussion at Shore Leave 44 in Lancaster, PA.

This panel started with a meditation exercise led by Teryl and went on to discuss advice on how to deal with people in your life who don’t understand mental health, a heartwarming story from a veteran, and a lot of love between Amanda, Teryl, and all of us fans.

Shore Leave was also the first look of our Mental Health Enamel Pins (https://www.mentalhealthpins.com) Prototypes and conversations of our ongoing crowdsourced book with fans and mental health (https://www.amandatappingbook.org).

Thank you to our members Mara (https://www.tiktok.com/@adventures_of_night) and Holly (https://www.instagram.com/hollywoodphotocreations/) who helped take the video and photos.
