Warhammer TV Series: Shayna Baszler Wants In

Wrestler and 40K fangirl Shayna Baszler wants a part in Henry Cavill’s Warhammer 40,000 TV series as a fallen Sister of Battle.

Concrete information about Henry Cavill’s Warhammer 40,000 series for Amazon Studios is pretty thin on the ground, but that hasn’t deterred Shayna Baszler from flying a kite.

The mixed martial artist and former two-time NXT Women’s Champion told WrestleZone:

“Henry, there’s no other female out there and you’re going to need — look, I’m not going to get into the female space rate argument because I actually am whatever about that.
“But you need female characters in the show and there’s no bigger badass Warhammer 40K fan than me. So, let’s do this. And I know the IP is important to you. I will stick true to the lore. I’m a big fan of sticking to the source material. Let’s do this.”

She followed up on Twitter with some fan art of Chaos Sister of Battle...

This isn’t the first time Baszler has touted her Warhammer 40,000 fandom. In 2020 she visited Warhammer World in Nottingham, and has incorporated inspirations into her ring gear, including the iconography of the Emperor’s Children, Night Lords, Space Wolves, Ultramarines, Dark Angels, Iron Warriors, and Imperial Fists.
